Weird Spy Taunt Glitch

I was playing Dustbowl, Stage 1 on defense. I was a spy and disguised as friendly pyro during setup. I wanted to do the setup "spy" calling and I have the spy voice command bound to h. When I went to hit h I hit g instead, and the camera pulled out like it does during taunts and I saw the spy just standing there with the mask on and everything. I know you are allowed to taunt when disguised as a rival spy, but this was obviously different. Has this happened to anyone else?

It's not a glitch, and if it is, it's happened to me dozens of times

While disguised as any class other than spy you dont taunt. You just stand there, it's always been like this.


Maybe someday we'll have the taunts available to disguised spies but I doubt anytime soon.

EDIT: On second thought, from the other teams point of view I'm not sure if it shows the taunt or not. Doesn't seem like it would. Someone should check this out real quick.

It doesn't show to other people me and a friend have tested it out, I think he said he saw something when I was disguised as an enemy spy though....

Well I know that disguised as an enemy spy allows you to taunt.

I've seen an enemy spy disguised as a pyro taunt....and by taunt I mean just stand there doing nothing.


However, I'd like to point out that you can hit your quick-disguise button and then input the taunt command, thereby doing a spy taunt while also disguising yourself.

I'm personally wondering how that'd look to the enemy.
