no unlockables server?

is it possible to set up a server so that unlockables are, well, locked?  it would be interesting, with some of the controversy surrounding the unlockables, to see how many people choose to play with the original version of the game.

I remember Valve saying that there would be a command to disable unlocks in a server, but I dont think it is out yet.

Probably, probably a custom option or something.  Not entirely sure though, it would be nice in some cases though.  Like when i get tired of being backburned as i run away from a pyro. 

You mean you wouldn't be able to use the Ubersaw or Backburner?
